Designed with a long slot for direct tool clamping for the positive alignment of the tool cutting edge.

Metric Lengths

DD Bushings

Combines the “B” style split bushing and the “J” style with the set screw holes, allowing this bushing to be used as either “B” or “J”.

Each bushing has a split, two or four holes, and a flat.

J Bushings

Designed with two set screw clearance holes for direct tool clamping for the positive alignment of the tool cutting edge.

Z Bushings

Designed with a long slot and two set screws in the bushing head.

Provide improved rigidity and reduced chatter.
