Gator Lathe Chuck Limited Warranty 1 & 2* Year
LIMITED WARRANTY: All tools are warranted against manufacturer defects and workmanship under normal use (single shift) according to the proper chuck application (listed in Gator chuck manual) for one year from date of purchase. *Steel Body Chucks in PA, PO and PSL groups ONLY are warranted for two years from date of purchase.
During the warranty period, we will repair or replace defective items. Modifications to items, normal wear and tear, and consumable items are not covered by this warranty.
The company purchasing and using this Gator Chuck is responsible for ensuring that all personnel operating or servicing the lathe chuck read and understand Gator Chuck Manual.
Chuck defects must be reported immediately to Global Tooling Solutions in order to limit the extent of damage and to avoid compromising the safety of the chuck. Failure to comply with this instruction will void the warranty.
