CT and BT Shanks are produced according to AT3 specifications.

Tools are made of high quality alloy steel, SAE 8620/20MnCr5

Collet seat taper T.I.R < 0.0002" or better.

Through the spindle coolant capability and DIN AD+AB form.  CAT40 & 50 ER Collet Chucks come standard with through the spindle coolant capability and DIN AD+B form.

CAT 40 dynamically balanced to G2.5 @ 20,000 and CAT 50 dynamically balanced to G6.3 @ 15,000. All balanced tools are available with QA certificate.

All collet chucks are available with depth set screws.

ER Collet Chucks are supplied with high torque Hard Coat Power Nuts.
